Rules and Regulations

TICKETS: 77,000 Home Lottery tickets are available for purchase. Single tickets are available for $100 each, packages of three tickets available for $250, packages of five tickets available for $375 and packages of ten tickets available for $700.

PRIZES: 509 prizes will be awarded. All prizes awarded are new product. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. Prize values shown are approximate retail values as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers.

The following prizes offer a cash alternative; all remaining prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash equivalencies available:

1. VIP Prize: 2025 Corvette Stingray Convertible or $100,000 cash.
2. Bonus Prize: Private jet round-trip and 3 nights stay in Las Vegas for 6 adults or $100,000 cash.
3. Early Bird Prize: 2025 BMW 430i xDrive Cabriolet and 2025 BMW X5 or $200,000 cash.
4. 2025 Porsche Macan or 2025 Jaguar XF P300 or $80,000 cash.
5. 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser or 2025 Land Rover Discovery Sport or $70,000 cash.
6. Lisbon or Prague or $8,000 cash.
7. Montreal Hockey Package or Seattle Football Package or $5,500 cash.
8. Kananaskis Mountain Getaway or Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Experience or $2,000 cash.

All prize winners have six months from the date of the applicable draw to claim their prize(s). Where applicable, airfare for vacation prizes is from the Edmonton International Airport. Winners of prizes that offer a cash alternative will be required to confirm their choice in writing within 5 business days of notification of their prize winning; after five days the winner will be provided with the cash alternative.

Approximate total retail value of prizes is $3.2 Million (including GST). Grand Prize real estate value: 12311 Aspen Drive West, Edmonton – valued at $2,550,000. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. The winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.

All prizes are accepted “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Foundation Board shall have no obligation to any prize winner to provide or enforce any warranty or other right offered by any third-party provider of any prize. Any such warranty that may be provided by any third-party provider of any prize will be between the prize winner and such third-party provider of any prize.

DEADLINES / DRAW DATES: All draws will take place at the offices of MNP LLP located at 1600 – 10235 101 St NW, Edmonton. All draws are open to the public.

Draw Order: The first draw will be for the VIP prize, the second draw will be for the Bonus Prize, the third draw will be for the Early Bird prize. Thereafter, draws are made in order of ascending retail value. After each draw, the winner’s name and ticket number is recorded and the ticket number remains eligible for the subsequent draw(s). Each ticket purchased before the VIP deadline will be eligible for all 509 draws. Tickets purchased after the VIP deadline but before the Bonus deadline will be eligible for the remaining 508 draws. Tickets purchased after the Bonus deadline but before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 506 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 505 draws.

Tickets sold by the VIP sales deadline: all tickets sold by midnight, February 9, 2024 will be eligible for the VIP draw on March 20, 2024.

Tickets sold by the Bonus Prize sales deadline: all tickets sold by midnight, March 8, 2024 will be eligible for the Bonus Prize draw on March 20, 2024.

Tickets sold by the Early Bird sales deadline: all tickets sold by midnight, April 12, 2024 will be eligible for the Early Bird draw on April 24, 2024. In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird sales deadline, then all remaining draws will be held April 24, 2024. The Early Bird draw would take place first, followed by all remaining draws in order of ascending retail value. If all tickets are sold by April 12, 2024, possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be May 17, 2024.

Tickets sold after the Early Bird sales deadline: all tickets sold after the Early Bird prize deadline but before the Final deadline of midnight, May 3, 2024 will be eligible for all remaining draws on May 15, 2024. Prizes will be drawn in order of ascending retail value. If all tickets are not sold by May 3, 2024, possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be June 7, 2024.

The draw will be made as stated, even in the event of a power outage. An extension of draw date or cancellation of the raffle would only be requested from the Alberta Gaming Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) in the unlikely event of a natural disaster or catastrophic event. Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures with licensing approval from the licensing body (AGLC). Draw control will be provided by the ERS Administrator. Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the draw.

The prize winners will be notified by the accounting firm of MNP LLP as to what they have won and how to claim their prize. On May 5 or May 26, 2024, a full list of winners will be published online at MightyMillionsLottery.com. Draw supervision and verification will be provided by MNP. A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and formal recording of the winning selection(s) by MNP. The records of MNP LLP shall be deemed correct and final. UNCLAIMED PRIZES: In the event a winner has not claimed their prize after a six – month period from the applicable draw date and after several attempts have been made to contact that winner, then that prize will be returned to the lottery management committee for other charitable use by the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, upon AGLC approval.

GENERAL: Official Ticket(s) and prize notification letter will be addressed to the primary ticket holder only and emailed to the email address provided by the ticket purchaser. In the event that a winning ticket is held in more than one name, it is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share winning information with those parties. Neither the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, the AGLC, or MNP LLP are responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.

The following, including their spouse and any related or dependent person residing in the same household are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation employees, Board members, the raffle manager and their employees, and the partners and employees of the professional services firm of MNP LLP.

Tickets intended for Alberta residents only. Restrictions apply. Persons must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and the name of a person under 18 years of age may not be written on the ticket due to requirements of the Public Trustee Act.

The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s). Tickets will be sold using an Electronic Raffle System (ERS). All ticket purchases are final; refunds are not available.

All titles, text, logos, graphics and artwork associated with the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation Mighty Millions Lottery are owned, controlled or licensed by or to Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Mighty Millions Lottery, and are protected by applicable trade dress, copyright, patent and/or trademark laws, and/or various other intellectual property rights and/or unfair competition laws, and no portion thereof may be published, distributed or used in any manner whatsoever for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Mighty Millions Lottery. Tickets cannot be resold or repackaged.

By purchasing a ticket, you allow us, the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, and it’s licenced gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery licence and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you.

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of winners.

The draw will take place on May 15, 2024, commencing at 8:30 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 1600 – 10235 101 St. NW, Edmonton. All draws will be open to the public.

The draw will be made as stated, even in the event of a power outage. The first and last draws will be for $25,000, followed by 100 prize draws of $2,000, completed in order of the 2024 calendar (total of 102 prizes). After each draw, the winning ticket number will be recorded and will be eligible for all remaining draws.
