TICKETS: 78,500 Home Lottery tickets are available for purchase. Single tickets are available for $100 each, packages of three tickets available for $250, packages of five tickets available for $375 and packages of ten tickets available for $700.
Persons must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and the name of a person under 18 years of age may not be written on the ticket due to requirements of the Public Trustee Act.
Tickets intended for Alberta residents only. Restrictions apply.
Tickets will be sold using an Electronic Raffle System (ERS).
The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s); however, participants do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
PRIZES: 512 prizes will be awarded. All prizes awarded are new product. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. Prize values shown are approximate retail values as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers.
The following prizes offer a cash alternative; all remaining prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash equivalencies available:
All prize winners have six months from the date of the applicable draw to claim their prize(s). Where applicable, airfare for vacation prizes is from the Edmonton International Airport. Winners of prizes that offer a cash alternative will be required to confirm their choice in writing within 5 business days of notification of their prize winning; after five days the winner will be provided with the cash alternative.
Approximate total retail value of prizes is $3.3 Million (including GST).
Grand Prize real estate value: 4159 Cameron Heights Pointe, Edmonton – valued at $2,600,000.
Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prize may rise or diminish over time. The winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.

DEADLINES / DRAW DATES: : All draws will take place at the offices of MNP LLP located at 1700 – 10235 101 St NW, Edmonton. All draws are open to the public.
Draw Order: The first draw will be for the VIP prize, the second draw will be for the Bonus Prize, the third draw will be for the Early Bird prize. Thereafter, draws are made in order of ascending retail value. After each draw, the winner’s name and ticket number is recorded and the ticket number remains eligible for the subsequent draw(s). Each ticket purchased before the VIP deadline will be eligible for all 512 draws. Tickets purchased after the VIP deadline but before the Bonus deadline will be eligible for the remaining 511 draws. Tickets purchased after the Bonus deadline but before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 510 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 509 draws.
Tickets sold by the VIP sales deadline: all tickets sold by midnight, February 7, 2025 will be eligible for the VIP draw on February 19, 2025. The draw will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 1700 - 10235 101 St NW, Edmonton.
Tickets sold by the Bonus Prize sales deadline: All tickets sold by midnight, March 7, 2025 will be eligible for the Bonus Prize draw on March 19, 2025. The draw will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 1700 - 10235 101 St NW, Edmonton.
Tickets sold by the Early Bird sales deadline: All tickets sold by midnight, April 11, 2025 will be eligible for the Early Bird draw on April 23, 2025. In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird sales deadline, then all remaining draws will be held April 23, 2025. The Early Bird draw would take place first, followed by all remaining draws in order of ascending retail value.
Tickets sold after the Early Bird sales deadline: All tickets sold after the Early Bird prize deadline but before the Final deadline of midnight, May 2, 2025, will be eligible for all remaining draws on May 14, 2025. Prizes will be drawn in order of ascending retail value. The draw will take place at 8:30 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 1700 - 10235 101 St NW, Edmonton.
If all tickets are sold by April 11, 2025, possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be May 16, 2025.
If all tickets are not sold by April 11, 2025, possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be June 6, 2025.
All draws will be made as stated, even in the event of a power outage. An extension of draw date or cancellation of the raffle would only be requested from the Alberta Gaming Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) in the unlikely event of a natural disaster or catastrophic event.
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures with licensing approval from the licensing body (AGLC). Draw control will be provided by the ERS Administrator.
Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the draw(s).
Winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by the ERS Administrator.
The prize winners will be notified by the accounting firm of MNP LLP as to what they have won and how to claim their prize.
Top prize wines will be announced on the lottery website on April 24 or May 15, 2024
On May 2nd or May 23rd, a full list of winners will be published online at MightyMillionsLottery.com.

In the event a purchase was made as part of a group buying agreement and one or more tickets should qualify as a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to the person whose name is endorsed on the ticket. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share winning information with the group. Neither the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, nor the AGLC are responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals in the group.
Official Ticket(s) and Prize notification letter will be addressed to the primary ticket holder only and mailed to the address provided by the ticket purchaser.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES: In the event a winner has not claimed their prize after a six – month period from the applicable draw date and after several attempts have been made to contact that winner, then that prize will be returned to the lottery management committee for other charitable use by the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, upon AGLC approval.
GENERAL: The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).

By purchasing a ticket, you allow us, the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, and it’s licenced gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery licence and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you.
Winners of real estate prizes will be required to sign a Full & Final Release prior to the home being transferred.
Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of prize winners.
All prizes are accepted “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Foundation Board shall have no obligation to any prize winner to provide or enforce any warranty or other right offered by any third-party provider of any prize. Any such warranty that may be provided by any third-party provider of any prize will be between the prize winner and such third-party provider of any prize.
